I wear size 12 post baby 2 months and ordered a large and it fits perfect
I got xxl because of what i learned from other reviewers im 55 180 lbs and i can barely get them up past my thunder thighs but once i do they come up to my belly button and end just above my knee caps
I really like them i do think i sweat more and im sure they have been helping my thighs sweat out extra water weight which is pretty cool
