The updown angle twist adjustment is is incredibly loose even though it has some sort of clicking ratchet in it so any normal shower head will just twist forwards until it points down at the wall possibly kinking and breaking the hose in the process
Good sorted out my problem with original shower head holder broken in a cubicle where impossible to remove and replace as cant get to the back highly recommended it was quite nice for about 3 weeks
