Price
For the price in 2024 it was worth it to double the memory in my old laptop and get it running on a fresh linux install.
$32 to help the system get back to up to speed and extend the life of an older piece of gear is great!
I guess it could have been cheaper, but it's hard to complain when it's already this affordable.
Shipping
Well worth it and delivered ahead of schedule.
Packaging/appearance
What could be improved:packaging: the packaging was basic, but it did the job of protecting the modules.
Perhaps a bit more robust packaging could offer additional peace of mind during shipping.
Competitiveness
That's how i found out i could do this, because dell and crucial's site says the max is 8gb.
I have the 2540m, which intel lists as a 16gb max chip.
Hp said the system could only go to 8, but a dos command said the system could do 16.
