Received item box looked like it had been opened and stuck back down and upon opening found that the item was not in the box, i’m absolutely fuming what is happening with amazon i ordered for same day delivery, i’ve had to reorder, amazon say they will refund but haven’t received refund yet, this is more of a review of amazon than the product once i receive my new order and received my refund i will edit and review the productedit: received my credit promptly and ordered a replacement which i received next day by 9am the product itself is good and works i got it for my eversolo a6 if you have one of these make sure you insert it all the way in with none of the copper connectors showing or it will not be recognised by the unit, after calming down from my shock from the previous day i have updated from 1 star to 5 for the product but i’m still disappointed with amazon for sending out a empty package  Read Less
