Pros

This is compatible with my dell 3910. It's much less expensive than purchasing ram from dell. Plus they know they have you over a barrel so this memory costs extra more than some gaming memory.

Super easy to install, didn’t have to alter any settings in my bios, pc runs smoother now.

It's a great quality product that is a definite upgrade from his previous (factory installed) stock ram.

This worked for about three months after i purchased it and then started failing (failed os memory tests).

I think it is likely the vendor knew exactly what they were selling and see refunds like this as just part of the cost of doing business.

After examining the other chip next to this one i would bet money they make the dell chips for them and just do not put their name on it.
