Very happy purchased and worked like charm and quick 2 day shipping. It was packaged securely and arrived fast.
Used crucial tools to identify suitable memory module. Dropped into my dell 3888, no problem. Ram chip is fine, no effort to install.
Easy to install (but different with each pc - compact hp bit fiddly). Very easy to fit of course. No additional software required after installation aswell.
