I tried ram brand called qumox but, despite it being the same spec as the preinstalled memory, it was not compatible with my laptop.
I bought some cheaper ones, but they caused errors on my qnap nas.

They said to work up to max of 16gb which it requires double chip of 8gb

Weird so i put the old 4gb ram back in and it works as usual
