The gen 5 is so fast then i copied a file bigger than a gigabyte between these ssds i had to check to confirm that it hadnt just created a shortcut yes really

Benchmarking shows this drive easily reaching the advertised readwrite spec this was tested as the boot drive on win 11 pro asus z790 e gaming mobo13900k cpu and team group 32gb ddr5 7200 the crucial t700 was cooled using the rather large integrated motherboard heatsink and never went over 55c during benchmarking which is well below the throttling point
