Cons
Outright scam. Their entire tech support policy is to stall you until you give up. This is not worth what they are charging for it.
When plugged in, it says the disk you inserted was not readable.
Crucial x9 is 3-4x slower than a spinner hdd. P1 ssd and the qlc nand gets extremely slow writing speed (50mb/s), after the cache is filled up. All my other hdds are way faster than this.

You dont really get a sense for how small this is until you hold it in your hand

Its much smaller than the sandisk ssd that has the weird loop at the top and is also thinner than the sandisk

I went with an ssd because time machine requires apfs formatting which doesnt work well these days with spinning hds

On my mac mini pro 2 it connects at 10gbps when plugged directly into the mac but intermittently disconnects

When i plug this ssd into that port it only connects at 5gpbs for reasons unclear
