Pros

Crucial x9 is the best ssd i have seen, especially for macs. Great product if a bit pricey - but any good high capacity sdd is. I tb needs to work with no issues, nada.

Cons

Nowhere near the speculated 1000mb speed sadly. The drives that i received have no hardware encryption. Almost 400 gbs short of 4tb.

To me, this is inexcusable and a huge mistake on their part. And what a shame for a well designed, well engineered product.

This thing is super simple to use, and with 4tb of storage, it should last a long time.

Water strive when my macbook pro froze up from overload.

Ths thing is tiny so if its not attacked to a computer, its goign to get lost guaranteed.

Well worth the money, and the color matching my silver laptop is a bonus.

The best product for the best price honestly, almost purchased a scan disk that had multiple issues.

Well, maybe not a complete "gem", but compared to sandisk and samsung larger capacity external ssds, this one, so far, has been flawless.

Which is a better deal then the x10 that doesnt offer better performance.
