It's well made, sturdy feeling, and has a metal top with rubberized bottom. Liking it so far.

Crucial x9 is the best high capacity sdd i have seen, especially for macs. Tb is a lot of storage for a personal computer, but what stands out is the size of this portable hd. It's easy to backup and move data form one computer to another.

Water strive when my macbook pro froze up from overload. No issue here with the crucial device. It's my main laptop work drive, so i t needs to work with no issues, nada.

Cons

Not trusting crucial with my crucial files again. Nowhere near the speculated 1000mb speed sadly. Would lock up while accessing files.

Worked like a wonder for the first 2 weeks. Unfortunately, it's being relegated to paperweight after just 2 months.
