Pros

This bra is incredibly comfortable and i love the adjustability & option to make it a racer back. I have implants and finding a bra that keeps them in place while i do hiit workouts is hard. I love that the straps are convertible.

It’s thick and supportive but not constricting. Only down side is it does flatten the girls a lot. This bra is versatile, supportive, comfortable and flattering.

It's hard to find a bra that isn't too bulky but also provides the support i need. Very comfy, fits great even my 32dd (purchased a med). True to size and flattering on fuller busts.

Cons

There is nowhere for your * to go, just shallow padding. The padding is also pretty thick. Not flattering, definite weird uniboob.
