Pros

It is sooooo comfortable, it is extremely supportive. It is versatile because of the adjustable straps. Only down side is it does flatten the girls a lot.

Great bra for light cardio or lifting. Converts with o ring and hook to racer back. High impact, padded for modesty.

Smooth, satin like fabric, it’s breathable, doesn’t cling to shirts. Breathable during workout. Adjustable so i can wear it for every day activities when i don't need my * strapped to my chin.

Cons

There is nowhere for your * to go, just shallow padding (seemed better than cheap foam though) not flattering, definite weird uniboob. Can’t recommend for working out, they are uncomfortable as you continue to tug pads back in place.

Both the m and the l will fit, and you should choose based on your preference.

I probably would have dealt with the strange hook and loop shoulder adjustment, but all reviews said it ran large, size down.
