Pros
The buttery fabric makes these amazing. They hold up in even the strenuous workouts, which is a great sign.
These shorts are incredibly soft and perfect for my height 5’11. They stay in place without rolling up for more compress fit. As for squat proof, not an issue for me. The pants are not quite as perfect as the pants.
And 160 lbs and wear a size s/4 normally, i ordered the smalls and they fit perfectly. I’m a standard size m in all of my clothes (5’5 150lbs) and these were super snug. It is true to size.
Cons
The waist band is very thin and will not stop rolling. They are just too thin of a material and show every problem area and * line. The fabric is more spandex than lululemon soft align fabric.

Also glad i got a medium instead of the small because they were a tiny bit tight around my thighs but honestly any looser and i probably wouldn’t like them
