I wore these on leg day to test out the squat proofness of the leggings and im sad to say that they are not squat proof
However the hunter green color is not really green at all and they are definitely not squat proof
These are great leggings for lounging around the house or wearing with a longer shirt to run errands do light workouts in but i wouldnt use them for an intense workout or leg day
