Pros

This works like a charm. I like the molded cups that are not removable. It also has four sets of back clips you can adjust to your liking.

Only complaint is that there are no hold with the zipper which makes zipping it harder. The zipper has taps on the top & bottom so no zipper edges digging into your skin.

Cons

Did not work for me. It is not high impact, which is why i bought it. Not high impact.

The only thing i'd improve is that it's a bit of a uniboob, though not as bad as others i've tried.
