Pros

The cups are sewn into the fabric. I like the versatility of the front zip and the back clasp. It provides good support for my dds.

I am a 36dd and have always struggled finding the right support in a sports bra. This bra holds the girls tight with zero bounce! Fits so well. It's difficult to get enough compression without crushing.

Only complaint is that there are no hold with the zipper which makes zipping it harder. Easy to take off when you're soaked in sweat--thanks to the zipper front.

It's ridiculously hard to find a well-fitting running bra that doesn't leave you bouncing. But it’s a cute racer/crossback bra and works great to limit bounce without cutting off breathing.

Cons

Did not work for me. It is not high impact, which is why i bought it. Not high impact.

The material is similar to my lululemon sports bras.

The only thing i'd improve is that it's a bit of a uniboob, though not as bad as others i've tried.
