The elitebook is a full featured and secure work machine. Battery life seems comparable to the oem battery. Seemed to perform as well as the original during the seasoning of the battery.

This battery holds up very well in my elitebook 840 g3 laptop.
The new battery is a definite improvement over my old battery in my hp elitebook 745 g6.
Replacing it would be hassle even though it's a pound or so heavier than the latest competition and a step slower.

I suggest watching a youtube video for how to replace but it is pretty straight forward only needing a small phillips screwdriver

This small business representative emailed me directly to resolve an issue and refunded me even though i was well outside the the amazon listed return window by the time i figured out the replacement battery i ordered didnt fit my hp elitebook 850

I travel a lot which makes my battery overheat often which is a design flaw in these laptops

If your closeup vision isnt very good and bright light doesnt help you probably want to have someone else do this those little screws on the bottom of the laptop are the hardest part of this process

But use a white towel and good lighting and youll be fine

Recommend placing the laptop on a white or solid light colored towel so you dont scratch the case and if the screws fall out of the bottom youll find them easily
