Quality
Very nice desk, i am happy with this product.
Great amount of desk space, great desktop that seems very durable, and nice storage space with the basket drawers.
Second, the quality is good the table is steady.
The down side is that the help desk at amazon left me hanging and never connected me with a way to get in touch with the seller.

We had to send an email through an address found on the packaging material.
Competitiveness
I put it together with my 10yr old.
I love the extra room on my desk to keep my paper cutter, laminator, etc.

So things were going great and when i was piecing the 2 top wood parts together there were holes for the 2 wooden pegs to be inserted on one side but there was no holes drilled on the other side for it to connect
