Quality
Great product would've given it 5 stars if it had an adjustable shoulder strap.
Great quality and love that it’s adjustable.
The biggest flaw with the construction of this item is that they did not make it adjustable.
As a buyer for a major designer label, i'm well aware of good or bad quality fabrics.
Packaging/appearance
If there are broken fibres on polyester, the lint from terry cloth is going to cling tightly to the polyester surface.

There is a clip on the inside where you can strap your dog in so there are no accidentally leaps out of the sling

Unfortunately some are unaware pilling is not necessarily representative of poor quality in fact its often poor care
