Pros
Poe injector allows my camera to be used via ndi. Plugs directly into my fios router and works. Application to replace normal power cord for computer kiosk unit.
It performs great and it's inexpensive. The poe extender is well built and seems reliable. It's not a big deal and only noticeable at installation time.

Used with ethernet, not used with wifi, no need for tech support, just hooked up and works perfectly.
The downside of this unit is there's no helpful traffic indication leds for the in/out ports.
For a relatively small investment you won't have to worry that the injector will fail and knock your camera offline.

There are a flood of junk injectors for sale but this isnt a component where saving a few bucks makes sense
