Pros

Carafe does not drip, controls are easy to understand. Putting the pot back in the machine needs a slight amount of force which is no big deal except that with the caddy, it's enough the push the machine back over the back.

Cleaning feature and time-to-clean notification. If it lasts, and we have no reason to expect it won't. It has been cleaned multiple times and been very well taken care of.

Brewing with bold uses an average of 866 watts and with regular is 1,062 watts. The brew strength has settings for normal or bold. Varied carafe heat is a real plus and the brewing time is relatively quick.

I had major issues with the steel surface trying to keep it clean and free of finger prints.
