Pros

The bottom part will detach or fall apart if used daily but it is very durable. It is sleek, beautiful, durable. Pic is the main reason for wanting to replace.

The stainless is not quite as easy to clean as the non-stick coating but it's not bad and barkeeper's friend quickly restores the beautiful interior finish. Cleaning it isn't hard. It's a great size, it cleans easily, and it is well balanced.

The lid is almost the best part with the straining capability. Its tight fit almost allows waterless cooking. It's also helpful to have the strainer holes.

The curved design is very appealing and adds a touch of class to a very simple pan. Wanted new cookware after using revere ware for 30 years.

Cons

This pan is poorly designed and not 18/10 stainless. After the "stainless" part wears off, there is rust inside the pans. I love the size of the pot but the lid seals once your recipe gets hot.

There is either a manufacturing/quality issue or they are counterfeit. They are not! Disappointing product from cuisinart. Was going to order the 5qt.

As others have mentioned, it does pit after even one use(see photo).

Although a little on the pricey side, this pan performs admirably.

I guess you get what you pay for but this pan has become my go to for any saucepan needs

It was money well spent for us.

For lots more money, i suppose i could have found a perfect pan.
