It is a stainless steel pan you can’t treat it like a non stick or cast iron.
Cast iron, non stick, carbon steel and stainless steel require different care and cooking methods.

Only gave 4 stars because a week later it dropped $10.
I'm going to keep pan as i will not use this pan with a cover and think it is a good deal for the price range

Oh well, the skillet is worth 5 stars, and it got here quicker than expected.
