Pros
I have used calphalon and cuisinart cookware, the cuisinart are just as good as calphalon. The pot is thick, which makes for effective heat transfer. This specific pan goes from stove top to oven.
Easy to clean. Stainer is a nice touch. Easy to hand wash. Clean up is a breeze.
The handle to the lid is a little different (raises a little higher than the original) the rim around glass appears a little sturdier, but no one would ever notice.
For the price they're fantastic. Very well priced via prime.
Cons
Cuisinart cookware is not dishwasher safe. The non-stick coating is coming off after one use. Never expected this from a cuisinart item.
Is this the proper lid or is it defective? The handle is very poorly designed and difficult to hold. It gets so hot that it can't be grabbed without a pot holder.

Nice heavy construction, lid seals great, non stick.
So far, they are easy to clean and seem quite durable.
I was worried it would be cheaply made but it is not.
All of my cookware is all-clad stainless plus 1 nonstick frying pan which hasn't held up well.

I jumped on amazon and found this one at a great price.
I know it costs twice as much as some others but i’m glad i purchased it.
The only problem was that we wanted extra saucepans so we found them on amazon for a great price.
Competitiveness
I had bought 4 other non stick pots & pans of the same brand and been very satisfied.
It feels really well-made, and it's great that it's comparable to saucepans which are much more expensive.

Crusting or browning at the bottom during high heat cooking can be easily nudged off with silicone spatulaspoonula

Uninsulated handle remains cool during cooking but the handle on the glass cover gets hot so use a cloth or paper towel to grab it
