Pros

Well made. Cleans evenly. Easy to clean. Would purchase again.

It is much better than the griddle that came with my cookware set. Claenup is easy and the pancakes don't stick. This 11 inch cuisinart griddle is perfect for pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc.

Cons

Poor performer in this product line. Second thoughts on purchasing anything further from cuisinart. I have old calphalon that's a good as the day it was bought.

This griddle renders the griddle totally useless. Going to the garbage is not recommended. Don’t waste your money with this one.

Right of the box this griddle pan was warped beyond use. Warps easily at med-hi heat on a glass electric cooktop. Teflon coating de-laminated on 3rd use.

This pan wobbles on the stove. This pan is bowed and doesn’t set flat. Doesn't sit flat on glass top stove.

This is a good pan, easy to clean and heats well.

It is nice and light weight and seems of good quality.

This griddle replaced a greenpan griddle which after light use had reached the point that it was difficult to clean.

It looks really nice sadly it lost it's flat bottom after the first use on medium heat without even putting anything on it.

Price

Not much to say other than it works great and i think it's a great value for the money.
