Pros

The anodized hard non-stick coating seems to be quite durable and scratch resistant.

It's sturdy and i'm pleased with it. A great gift idea that is reasonably priced. This one is round and not overly heavy.

The pan is a generous size at 12 and heats up quickly. I do hope that the pan is 1cm taller to prevent splattering everywhere. Our old griddle is 24 long, and much larger than we need.

Cons

Amazon has a generous return policy, but this item should have been taken as a loss. It makes me very reluctant to make similar purchases online. I'm already beyond amazon's return policy so my only option is to return it to cuisinart.

The item was clearly used heavily. A grilling pan needs mass, this is the thinnest pan possible. A complete waste of my money.

Liked the quality and the fact it didn't leave marks on my cooktop.

It's good i never face any problem at this product.

But since i have a lid (not included in the product), i cover it, works for me.

Packaging/appearance

Was a gift to my family member and we use it all the time!

The first time, the areas that had sear marks tasted just a little burnt by the time the inside had cooked.

Competitiveness

Super easy to clean and for getting the perfect melt of cheese on burgers i use a tempered glass vented lid from a 3-qt pan.
