My only qualm is about the lid. 12 quarts when full (close to the rim); height without the 8. Lid 10.

Easy clean, no clinging and scorching of foods. After some scrubbing with a non-abraisive scrubber, my pan is good as new.

These have a special core that really dispenses heat. This is no problem while it's flat on the stovetop, but it is pretty annoying the rest of the time. Evenly cooks with cool handles.

The coating is thin and weak and stains quickly soon becoming more useless than it was at new. Pan gets scratch very easy even with non-scrub pads and such. They become super difficult to clean after they get to that powdery stage. The strainer insert...  Read More
