Pros

The shape is perfect to distribute heat. The lid makes it great! It’s wide and the bottom. I am just thrilled with this purchase!

Cons

The exterior black finish is no longer there. Every time i wash the pot, some of the finish rubs off like a black powder. Not on amazon, not on the cuisinart website.

Very flimsy pot. Despite the explicit product description mentioning it comes with a glass lid, it really doesn't. This is not a 5-quart, but a 4-quart cuisinart pot.

The set didn’t come with a small pot like i needed, so i ordered this 1 quart pot.

I have a similar sized pan but the quality is no where near the quality of this pan.

I bought this 5 quart dutch oven directly from cuisinart because they were out of it here.
