Pros

Evenly cooks with cool handles. Easy clean, no clinging and scorching of foods. Any sticking slides out or is an easy wipe with paper towels.

Cons

The lid has steep sides that made me think that it would make a good seal. This is not a 5-quart, but a 4-quart cuisinart pot.

Cuisinart pans don't heat evenly, the coating is thin and stains easily. After one misuse, this pan is compromised.

The exterior coating rubs off with drying and leaves black on the towel. They also scratch very easily when using non-scratch tools such as wood or rubber spoons.
