This cookware is fabulous! Great set of pots and pans. This set is really well priced for the quality and number of items. It's now 2020 - eight years! The set has a nice finish and includes a variety of sizes.

They are oven-safe, which is great for doing a sear-to-oven (or reverse sear) steak, and cooking meals traditionally done in a dutch oven (braised short ribs, chili) they wash up so easily. We have friends that stack them and they look in good conditi... Read More

The handles of the lids get very hot-use a potholder. I'm not sure why they get so much hotter than the pan handles. There have been times when i've had to use a pot holder just to take the lid off.

Non-stick finish on these is even better than my old calphalon pans. The anodized non-stick interior is very forgiving and hardier than teflon.

Cons

The glass cover was totally shattered, even though the pan was not placed over direct fire. It seems that pressure derived from the moisture is enough to break the glass. Suggest to not cover air tight.
