Pros

Great for any type of steamed veggies. All of my veggies get evenly steamed so the taste and texture is better. Perfect for steaming veggies for dinner for 2 people.

Works great and will last a lifetime. Very handy. Cuisinart is the best. Very pleased with it.

Clean up is a breeze goes right in the dishwasher. It has maintained its shine for several months. Plus healthier for you.

Perfect addition to my cuisinart 3 qt saucepan. It fits the larger saucepan perfectly and looks like they were made for each other. Ordered this to go with the 4 quart cuisinart stainless sauce pan.

Cons

My mistake. I agree with the opinion that this steamer pan is faulty design and thus is unusable. It is off by a cm. The product that was delivered has a stainless steel lid.

This steamer works really well to cook vegetables, stainless steel is very shiny and well made.

Easy to use, easy to clean, i like the handle and the lid.

After 20 mins, remove top basket and submerse in tepid (room temp) water to cool the eggs enough to handle.

Those flimsy folding steamers are small and fall apart.

Price

They don't even sell her steamer in this country and it costs hundreds of dollars anyway.

Fits 4 qt pan - bit pricey no straight sides as it works for 3 or 4 qt so sides indented to fit the smaller pan

Not as expensive as others out there so i was a little hesitant.
