Pros & Cons
Pros
Perfect size for many things—stovetop or oven. Fits my burner, cooks the food, and is easy to clean. Workhorse that it is.
Heats evenly, isn't too heavy and cleans up nicely. Heavy aluminum encapsulated bottom that distributes the heat beautifully. Food seems to release as it cooks.
For me, it's worth it to get away from the teflon pans. I don't have to worry about a non-stick coating flaking off in my food.
Pleasantly the 3. Pan is so gorgeous that i have to give it 5 stars! Love this pan. This pan is awesome.
Cons
This saute pan is 18/10 stainless steel but the pan i received definitely is not. It's model number is exactly the same as the one i currently own but this pan seems like a cheap knock-off version.
Highlights
Quality
All my other cookware is cuisinart so i knew the quality would be good.
I cook a lot and am very pleased with this quality addition to my cookware collection.
Very nice quality despite being made in china
I was sad that it would not work with induction, but figured i would replace it at some point, or that cuisinart would come out... Read More
Price
I recently started to get rid of all my teflon/non-stick pots and pans due to health safety and cost reasons.
Competitiveness
I own almost exclusively all-clad but this pan passed my test.

Besides the pans with a nonstick coating are not healthy

Even though allclad is more expense i guess i should have gone that route and put the 50 i paid for this pan towards that

Youre not even supposed to cook hotter than medium and youre not supposed to use anything like pam

One nonstick pot even says you must boil water on medium heat never use high

The pan arrived with a tiny dent on the bottom which could have happened in manufacturing
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The dent should not affect use of the pan and i dont feel its worth the trouble to send it back

Also it doesnt appear to be induction compatible
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
I was sad that it would not work with induction but figured i would replace it at some point or that cuisinart would come out with the same thing with the surfaces altered to make it inductionfriendly
