Pros
This is the perfect size and the candles last a long time and keep the food warm. Kept food warm for several hours.
The dish can be cleaned in the dishwasher. I am 72 and don't need a hassle. It looks very nice, is good quality, sturdy, pretty to look at.
Overall - a success. Love it, and very satisfied. Love this server. I like it alot!
It is very reasonably priced and has the great cuisinart quality. Rectangular holds 5 qts and round holds 3 qts; perfect for mains in the larger one, and a side of rice, quinoa, or couscous in the round.
Cons
Pots are literally the size of 1 cupcake. But the warming system using a tiny candle that lasts maybe 20-30 min and does not really warm is horrible!

The tea lights really work well and heat your feed pretty quickly without burning the pan etc.
Good product elegant and food stays warm
The food stayed hot the entire time and during clean up, there were none of those nasty burn areas on the inside of the pans.
Individual sticky toffee puddings, chocolate mousse, lemon soufflés, baked beans.
Price
It is very reasonably priced and has the great cuisinart quality.
However, it’s a little pricey but i don’t mind that much since the product is elegant and beautiful.

Looks just as nice at a formal dinner, as it does at a casual potluck.
Competitiveness
They are far more useful than a traditional chafing dish, and i like that i can simply use tea light candles instead of icky sterno.
I saw the same server on crate and barrel for almost double the price.
