Cons

Be very careful when adding anything to simmering water in this pot. The stainless steel used on this pot is not as high quality as can be found elsewhere. This is the first one i’ve ever had rust on me.

Customer support refuses to inform corporate that there is something wrong with this equipment. Of products on amazon are knock offs from china. The stuff is made in china.

It is a heavy well made pan , heats evenly.

This is a well made, sturdy device.

The heat bubbles are now spread out and the water boils quickly.

As a result i've ruined more than a few pots and pans by forgetting to get them off the burner before the water boiled away.

Great value for the price when you just want to update a few pans.

This is the third cuisinart pan i have purchased and i will only buy cuisinart from now on.
