This one is everything i had hoped it would be and more, simple, easy to clean, works like a charm .

I've used it twice and iput a small plate on the top of it and it scratches real easy.

5 off because the only thing i've cooked in it so far has been corn dogs and they do not come out as crisp as in the vortex.
