Cuisinart chef's classic nonstick bakeware is a standout choice for its superior quality, reliable performance, and easy-to-clean design. Produces a crispier crust than the non-aerated ones. Cooks super crispy on the bottom.
Cleaning the pan is a breeze, thanks to its nonstick properties. It cleans up quickly and never has any food attached to it that won't easily clean off. Just scrape off any stuck on parts, give it a short soak in soapy water and it comes out clean.
The durable construction of the cuisinart pizza pan ensures it withstands high temperatures and maintains its shape over time. This pan is a nice heavy weight steel, with a raised rimmed edge. This is not flimsy!
Cons

Should grease the pan and not press the dough too hard to form it in the pan or it will stick
