Pros
I have guests over regularly and when i serve prime rib they always ask where are the popovers? It makes incredible, big, fluffy, popovers and my friends always want more.
Cons
This renders the pans unusable. It would be unsafe to handle cups that may fall out when they are hot.

I wish i cold blame the pan for my sunken popovers but it is really my recipe or my oven.
