Pros

He was diagnosed with melanoma in february 2021, and we were both devastated. He makes some incredible cakes and we have friends and family who love them.

Cons

The cake got stuck to the bottom even after greasing it. Cuisinart folks need to revisit the dictionary meaning of hassle and free since the experience was anything but that. My future inclination to buy brands other than cuisinmart remains.

I've also notice that my cakes bake more evenly compared to the previous cake pans i had.
