Water collects in the rims and rust forms. It's impossible to properly dry since the crimping is too tight. Easily gouged and scratched up despite the heft of the pan.

This is a nice heavy high-quality pan—at least 2x heavier than the one we used for the last 45 years.
This is a heavy pan, very solid and well-built.
They all eventually fail has been my experience, but this pan has held up to non-stick status after several months now.
It's made of steel and not light aluminum.
Competitiveness
I bought it to make homemade cinnamon rolls, but i've used it for other things as well.
