Pros

The pan will provide me many years of delicious and flavorful turkeys and roasts. It comfortably holds a twenty pound roast. Perfect for getting drippings for gravy making.

Cons

Cuisinart roaster has a thin enamel coating. After using it one time the non-stick coating began to peel. I suggest that you filter your drippings/gravy as the stuff seems to flake off.

Utterly ridiculous. Definitely not worth the price. Not happy at all. It's just not worth it.

Cuisinart does not put quality into their lower priced products. Risk damaging their brand by allowing this product to continue to be sold on amazon.
