If im thinly slicing pork tenderloin which tends to be long i have to move it around to make sure i dont hit the curved up edges

Regular cutting boards with a groove around the edge always seem to spill

At first i was leery about the curved up edges but its actually big enough that my biggest knife fits well within the flat part while chopping veggies so the curved lip is not a hindrance at all
