Pros

The paddle stops the dough from walking when it is kneading. This leads to a softer dough and a softer bread. The paddle is also easy to remove from the bottom of the loaf.

Honey whole wheat recipe comes out fabulous in this machine with a perfectly risen loaf. I always adjust the crust color to the lightest setting (on every type of loaf) it includes a fairly extensive recipe booklet /user manual.

This cuisinart bread maker has the bread bucket on the left-hand side where the old one had the menu in the front. It is small in size and fits nicely on my island and in the cupboard when not in use. The machine does a good job on that size.

Replacement parts are easily available and not costly. The timer hitting zero is the best thing each week!

Fresh bread without preservatives at a low cost is wonderful. A brand new cuisinart costs just a little more, so why not?

Cons

The booklet itself is half upside down so you have to keep flipping back & forth. The recipe book has recipes that are not pleasing at all. Should've gotten a kitchenaid mixer in the first place.

The quality of this bread maker is excellent.

It takes 5 minutes to add the ingredients and hit the start button and 3 hours later the bread it mixed, knead, rinsed and cooked.

Have always had good luck with this brand not happy it doesnt have a pasta setting anymore

I am very pleased with my purchase and literally paid half price.

I am really happy withthe bread i make for about $2 per loaf!

Not to mention the money we save from actually buying bread.

In my small community a loaf of sandwich bread is currently $5 & $6.
