Pros

It's a beautiful color red! It practically wipes off with a few swishes under the water and brand new again. It distributes heat beautifully and cleans up like a dream. Perfect color just as described and pictured.

I like the size and shape because it is more on the space saver side. When you think about how long it lasts seems logical thing to do. It’s great real deal. Not a knock off from china.

The cuisinart was supposed to ship on may 18th. On may 20th, it was still stuck in shipping. It was shipped on may 21st, but still wasn't ready to be shipped. It's not the first time this has happened, but this time it was more than a week before it w... Read More

The casserole is beautiful with the matte grey finish but highly impractical if you are going to cook with it. The finishing is really bad, with chip marks already visible.

Quality cast iron, looks good, good size.

Very satisfied even though the handle has the product name upside down.

Love this pot,however quality control let it through with two chips on the lid.

In the end, i’m disappointed by the aesthetic chipping, but i do see it as being a good work horse despite the extra gentle care needed.

Packaging/appearance

I find this fantastic made and ceramic coating.

Also the bottom of the pot is getting greyish - i will have to find a way to remove the discoloration.

Competitiveness

I used this one to cook a 5lbs duck, it is big enough to hold it, and the result turned out very good.

Good value, no difference from the more expensive brand.
