Pros
I made a banana bread, the receipe calls for 2 bananas i just added 1 and 1/2 and it rises better to a fuller loaf. Also, the dough function is great, making a family receipe with the dough for zaarta (lebanese) food.
Cons
This cannot be used for 2lb loaves. This is because the loaf pan design is tall and narrow. When you have a tall loaf, the weight of that loaf will cause the center to compress and collapse and create a dense chewy doughy center.
