Pros

The cuisinart wok is of perfect size for deep frying. A family of two is suitable to stir fry. A 10in lid fits well, perfect for all my 1-2 person one pot meals.

Cast iron cookware is easy to clean and maintain. Leaves a wonderful crust on the cornbread. Works on campstove or electric. This skillet has a texture to it.

Sold as used, no apparent defect, looks great. Will post an updated review after a few uses. I wish it had a smoother surface.

Cons

Surface is very rough, which can perhaps be fixed by removing seasoning and redoing it. Not de-burred well at all.

It is very durable and also along with the durability of cast iron comes the weight.

Easy to clean and the heat consistently throughout the pan

This does not appear to be the same high quality of say any lodge cast iron pan.

Veg oil, canola oil, or any other 'fake' oil just doesn't work.
