Cons

The plug is the magnetic fast-release type and constantly falls out of the back of the fryer. The lid with my unit is not the lid shown on the box or shown on amazon. After four months they want me to return the item.

Not worth risking ruining holidays spending 200 dollars. Buyer beware.
