Pros

This griddle is fantastic! There is still a million things it can be used for. This thing's a beast!

Clean up is super easy with the full circumference drip tray. Grease management is excellent with the all round drip tray that drains into the grease cup.

After the base (cart) is assembled, the actual griddle is modular and attaches easily. All you need is a phillips screwdriver. Instructions are well laid out and easy to comprehend.

The griddle has a small footprint but has a good sized griddle surface. The large surface is legit for getting it all done at once!

Easy to install and very quality materials.

The xl is a solid unit and i’ll never have to worry about quality issues.

The material and water fall into the trough around the cook top and simply wipe into the grease collector with a paper towel.

It heats up quickly and was completely non-stick.

Price

Aesthetically and i think price was good too.

Would recommend getting the big one - it's an awesome deal!

Amazon price is way cheaper then any other place.

Don’t waste your money on similar $4,000 grills!

Shipping

Amazon shipping is also an issue, often times these grills will get beaten up in shipping.

It may be worth paying $20 for inside delivery so you can inspect the package or refuse delivery.

I just needed to send receipt and photos and it took about 8 days to ge the replacement.

Packaging/appearance

The hardware is nicely packaged and is very good quality.

The griddle came in one large box.

Great packing but 2 legs were dented in shipment.

The round oil catcher that surrounds the cooking surface was dented on two sides.

Competitiveness

At the price point of $440 after tax, it is a better product than the standard blackstone griddle.

That is far superior to the 380 square inches the 22” cuisinart griddle offers.
