Pros

Makes the grilling area look sleek and clean. Protects our wooden deck from grill stains. Has been out in the cold wet weather for 4 months and had plenty of * grease drip on it.

The mat is very heavy and durable but is thin enough to easily roll a grill over. Needed something to put under bbq to avoid concrete stains on my concrete patio. This is exactly what i needed to protect my cement from grease stains.

Dawn dish soap solution and hose wash make for quick clean up. Easy to clean, easy to use and heavy. Very easy to clean just hose it down.

Cons

I have one on my other grill that is thicker and costed less from a big box store. Just not as wide. Returned for a refund immediately. Our beautiful grey deck now has an ugly black/brown rectangular stain where the mat was under the grill.
