The full tang blade is razor sharp, as is the beveled edge. As a stainless steel knife, it's quite sturdy and i expect it to last a long time. The sleek design means it fits in my overcrowded cutlery drawer.

The fat plastic handle is lightweight plastic, and although it feels a little bit bulky, it works well overall. The handle is comfortable and easy to grip. The handles are just round, so no way to get a better grip.
Only now starting to get warmer weather, so they've only been used a few times. They wash and dry with no issues and store in limited space. The only thing i don't like is they don't come apart for cleaning.
Cons
The handles edges need to be rounded or chamfered! This product is very uncomfortable on the hands!

Competitiveness
I prefer a butcher's knife for cubing meat, but you can use it for that as well.
Makes quick work of cuting large meats.
Great looking, and they do a decent job, but…the design of the handle is not ideal.
I use it when preparing for bbqs, or cutting meat up for shish kebab.

It is incredibly sharp and comes with a tipprotector which i strongly recommend that you keep track ofif you throw this one in a utensil drawer and start digging around in there you are going to skewer yourself on this thing
